‘Desert Colours’ was also in collaboration with amazing fashion designer Lea Vreba. Lea Vreba was also a part of the Barbie shoot team. This dress piece is completely made of paper. It is also 100% environmentally sustainable. The artwork was representing an Egyptian Pharaoh. The vibe of this artwork was based around a desert setting. The blue accent is looking to reference the sky and then the yellow to be referencing the sand and the dunes of a vast desert. Dominik achieved these color tones by using an array of color gels with his lights.
This is one of his favorite photography techniques to get exactly the background tones he looks for. Dominik loves that he decided to shoot with settings that would make the model's skin tones more purple. He felt that this decision made the model look like an Alien Goddess or a statue. This idea amplifies that she is not from our world and she is divine. This allows her to symbolize beauty and fashion in such a powerful way. The makeup artist, Natalia Osipova who has worked on many Hollywood films completely understood the assignment. We also wanted to capture the empowerment of femininity and beauty within females. After the order has been placed, the artwork will be delivered to customers throughout the UAE within 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World
For International orders, the delivery may take 10-14 days after the order has been placed. The shipping fee will be calculated separately and communicated to you the buyer by the Artezaar Team before dispatch.
You will receive an email order confirmation and payment confirmation as soon as the order is processed. Our products are delivered using our trusted delivery partners, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your package.
Note that if you are not available to receive the order after confirmation to the courier, and we need to arrange a second delivery, an additional delivery fee of AED 40 will be charged to you for re-arranging the artwork drop off within the UAE. The charge will have to be paid as cash to the courier company.
