'Venice Beach' was captured when Dominik was exploring Los Angeles in June of 2023. This piece is part of the ‘States 23’ Collection. Dominik captured these shots while he was exploring LA on a photo walk. He has produced his favorite photographs from this journey to create this collection. ‘Venice Beach’ is a photograph that Dominik felt had a strong characteristic connected to the location. Venice Beach is known for the playful rollerskating environment in Los Angeles.

Again, people just having fun and enjoying their life. This relaxed attitude is vibrant in this part of the city. The Roller Skaters are cruising in the afternoon sun, making sure they are getting the most out of the environment and the weather. These rollerskaters were all strangers who started to become friends. Venice Beach gives off the vibe of everyone being friends and there for the same reason. The idea Dominik loved was that sports was being merged with arts and fashion. The background of sun and palm trees and the foreground of rollerskaters showed the beautiful vibes of Los Angeles.
