The soul of life is what connects us to each other, and it's what brings us together. It's also sometimes abstract, colorful, and hard to define. This painting shows the beauty of the boats on a river. The sun is setting and the sky's ablaze with reds and oranges. Boats are floating on a river. Their different colorful sails, the abstract shapes of their hulls and the beautiful contrast of the bold strokes with brush and spatula. Abstract forms are often seen as my way to communicate emotions through color, shape, and texture. The lines and colors of these paintings are intense and defined, with just enough space and different tones of dark color around them to make them stand out.
